Urban-rural Gap(I):English listening comprehension

Though we are living in the same country,Taiwan,we encounter different things. For example, because of the climate, people who live in Northern Taiwan may use their umbrellas more often than people who live in Southern Taiwan.

However, that is only a small thing. The most unfair thing is education which means children won't get the same resource to study. There are many reasons, such that family finances...Anyway,today we focus on the''Urban-rural Gap.''

The most obvious ''Urban-rural Gap'' appears on English listening comprehension, because it needs broadcast equipments. It is easy for urban schools to get the equipments.Contrary, rural schools don't have expenditure to get them. Therefore, children in rural lose change to study it.No one knows its severity until the statistical data of the English listening comprehension test was shown. We can see more students got A than last year;also more students got F,but there were less students got B orC.It's called ''two-peak phenomenon(雙峰現象).'

We hope that governments see the problem, and do their best to solve it.We all want our education to be better, don't we?
